Diamonds In The Rough (DITR) is a scouting and athletic development company that provides athletes in South Florida the opportunity to display their talent to the likes of colleges at all division levels.

AT DITR we realize that there are more than the top 250 or 300 athletes in the nation. So we work with reputable recruiting companies to focus on trying to promote our local student athletes. At DITR we promote athletes at all levels because we believe there is a position on the field or court, at some level of college sports. Because of this belief we actively engage coaches with information designed to ensure that no stone is left un-turned in the search for a willing college to find athletes who desire to continue their athletic pursuits, and more importantly earn a college degree.

Our service include in depth profile listing, athlete combine videos listed on our own site and video network. Athlete video are also promoted on popular video networks like Youtube, Facebook and Twitter. By including this style of exposure we increase the likehood of the athlete being seen and recruited by college athletic programs. We also provide the athletes with the unique experience of joining our annual athlete celebration, the DITR WEEKEND which provides athletes with the same perks afforded to the country's high profile prospects, as well as leads the way into the DITR FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT SEASON.

The 2009 DITR Student Athlete Weekend was well attended with enthusiastic event attendees, who shared a great vibe, great food, great music, as this years athletes enjoyed the sports activities that helped prepare them for the college experience. We were also joined by a host Pro-Athletes, City Officials, State Officials, and Tastemakers of Florida.
